Welcome to the Spa complex at Sofia Sea of Galilee

We make every effort to make sure you receive the best possible treatment, so please pay attention to the following:

• Prices are in NIS and include VAT.
• Admission to the spa complex is permitted from age 16 onwards
• Massages for pregnant women are permitted from week 16 onwards
• Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.
• If the treatment does not start on time due to tardiness, the treatment duration will be reduced accordingly.
• For your comfort, we recommend you bring a bathrobe and slippers.
• For Shiatsu and Thai massage please wear light and comfortable clothing.
• Please inform the staff at the reception and your therapist of any medical restrictions.
• If, as a result of any medical restriction, we are not able to provide the treatment of choice, an alternative treatment will be offered and scheduled.

  If you wish to reschedule or change the type of treatment, please inform us no less than 4 hours in advance
  Cancellations on the same day of the treatment, will be charged 50% of the full price; no-shows without prior notice will be charged in full.
